(What Raiding Experience do you have? How long have you played this toon? Why did you leave your last guild? What was your last guild that you raided in. and how long has it been scene your last raid. etc...) 
I started off on LDL, merged to crushbone ofc... my main was "Zahdjinn" a necro raiding pretty casually, occasionally playing "Flowe" my defiler. I eventually got tired of the casualness and decided to start fresh. I transferred my new inqy, "Sichi" to permafrost where i raided with Attrition as MT inqy. We soon rose to top5 worldwide, clearing drunder and opening PoW for our server. During PoW we were competing directly with Equillibrium for WW#1. There was a heavy amount of drama though, with the guild blowing up multiple times and reforming. After about 1 year in total, and one particular fallout where I couldn't agree with either side, I decided to go back to casual raiding, with "Prime". I had always wanted to play my warden, and so they let me MT heal on him, though I wanted to OT heal. I was with them for a while, maybe 2 years? I like the core crew a lot, even though nothing had really changed. They were stuck under Attrition's thumb, and had the same drama problems. Again, there were several falling out and rebuilding phases until I finally decided to let go and take a break from the game for a while. After that while was over, I came back and received offers to raid in "Fatality". I took it up and was doing pretty well until work hours took a turn for the worst. I ended up quitting again and playing Archeage for a while, waiting for my hours to return to normal. Eventually got tired of Archeage due to cash shop advantages, but hours never fully normalized. So here i am? :D I don't really feel the hardcore itch anymore, with work taking more of my energy, so if my hours normalize, I won't be going anywhere!
