You are on the same level as my current guild as far as progression. I do not wish to go backwards in progression.
3) What time zone are you in and what are your play times like? (We're mostly EST)

I have been raiding in Rawr for the past 10+ months. I have raided on my conj, my fury, and a defiler (previously a mystic) in several guilds prior to that since about 6 months after the game came out. My conj is my main now. Both the fury (Audrel) and defiler (Mysfitt), while not as well-geared as Anyai, could raid if needed.
I want to leave Rawr because of the drama and berating by some of others in open vent.

I also have a conjuror friend who would like to join as a non-raider, although he has been raiding until recently.
